Loerie values your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process, for which purposes, how long we keep it, and which rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

Loerie BV, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at laurenz@loerie.be.

2. Which data we process

We only process the data you provide to us yourself or that is technically necessary to run the website:

  • Contact details you enter in our contact form or send us by email: your name, company name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Data from further communication, for example when you request a call or a website audit.
  • Limited technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, for the security and proper functioning of the website.

3. What we use your data for

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your question or request and discussing your project further.
  • Delivering our services and following up on the collaboration.
  • Keeping the website secure and functioning properly.
  • Meeting our legal obligations, for example in accounting matters.

The legal basis for this is your consent, the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in following up on your request correctly.

4. How long we keep your data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes above. Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within a reasonable period. Data related to a collaboration or to legal obligations is kept for as long as legally required.

5. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We do work with reliable service providers who help us run the website and our communication, such as our hosting and mail provider. They process your data only on our behalf and according to our instructions. Where necessary, we conclude a data processing agreement for this.

6. Cookies

This website uses a functional cookie to remember your language choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, to improve our site) are only placed if you consent via the cookie banner. You can change that choice at any time via 'Cookie preferences' at the bottom of the page. We do not use marketing cookies.

  • The right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.

  • The right to restrict or object to the processing.
  • The right to data portability.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website operates over a secure connection (HTTPS).
