For Heylen Vastgoed, one of the largest real estate players in Flanders, we built a custom valuation tool together with Boostu. It is connected to HubSpot so new properties automatically land with the right office and agent. Through API integrations with urban planning data sources, groundwater and zoning plans are loaded directly. After completion, the tool automatically generates a PDF valuation report in the Heylen house style. The design came from Boostu, the full technical development from Loerie.
